overview
白毛是只小河狸，和妈妈还有姐姐住在一起。他从未见过自己的爸爸，因为爸爸在他还没出生的时候就被狼吃掉了。一天，熊毁坏了堤坝，白毛被湍急的河水带到了很远的地方。他必须找到回家的路，还要面对很多危险。他遇到了一只同样也和家人失散了的老河狸（故事的叙述者）。老河狸决定保护白毛并帮助他找回家人。
