A Nikkatsu Yakuza film were a couple of crooks steal nearly one billion yen worth of watermarked paper used to print bills. Naturally things go belly-up. This rarely seen film by Nakahira Kô has finally been restored by Nikkatsu for release. Fans of Joe "Cheeks" Shishido will enjoy a very different performance from the puffy faced actor
