One night, Leo, a Spaniard working in Brussels as a subway driver, sees a young man on the edge of the platform, just before he falls onto the tracks.

Largo Winch, devastated by the kidnapping of his son, realizes that if he finds those responsible for his bankruptcy, maybe he'll see his son again.

This charts the journey of a fierce young woman, Habi, and a budding new mayor, Pierre, crossing paths in an underprivileged suburb on the outskirts of Paris. Habi, a native of the suburb who is involved in social orgs helping locals, becomes a political figure. Pierre, meanwhile, is a former doctor who takes the city's reins after the mayor's death and sets off to follow his agenda.

The film tells the story of Frank Valken, a notorious robber who easily commit a last great assault. Or that he thinks at least - Valken and his gang are involved in a crime case of thirty years ago and are the perfect suspects for the murder command that is back with a vengeance.
