The OhgerCrown, the proof of kingship owned by Gira Husty, has been stolen by the Tylerian Donking, a member of the Alienizer gang, and his servant Ihab. Gira and Prince join a battle fight to retrieve the OhgerCrown, the prize for winning the battle fight. Prince wins steadily, but when he meets a boy who is determined not to lose in order to save his sister, he senses something is wrong.

There is an ancient prophecy shared amongst the kingdoms of Chikyu- 2,000 years after their fall, the Territorial Empire Bugnarok will once again rise up to kill all humans. 本剧改编自同名漫画，随着年龄的增长，人们会有各种各样的想法，从而害怕迈出一步，但无论如何还是会陷入恋爱——以办公室为舞台，黑泽智也（菊池风磨 饰）和森田葵（久间田琳加 饰）为首的6名男女展开，描绘了既焦躁不安又略带甜蜜的“成人纯爱”。上司黑泽智也感情不外露，冷漠的印象让众人都害怕他，而其部下森田葵因自己身高太高而自卑，对恋爱很畏首畏尾。但随后发生的某件事让她对黑泽心动了并由此给他带来了变化。

本片改编自以山田风太郎的同名小说，由讲述为了解开里见家施加的诅咒而被命运吸引的8名年轻剑士们的战斗的《虚》，以及描写用28年时间写了180话的故事的作家泷泽马琴的真实故事的《实》两部分组成。役所广司饰演主人公马琴，内野圣阳饰演他的好友画家葛饰北斋。矶村勇斗马琴的儿子宗伯，黑木华宗伯的妻子·路，马寺岛忍饰演马琴的妻子·百，在《虚》部分掌握八犬士命运的伏姬由土屋出演。

小濑消极怠惰，经常跷掉训练，又爱跟前辈作对，因此被视为无药可救的废柴，后来却逐渐迷上相扑。这部作品细腻刻画人性，聚焦小濑与相扑圈里的一群年轻人，包括行动笨拙、体格不优，却一心梦想成为“关取”的清水（染谷将太 饰），以及从政治新闻被“下放”报道相扑的报社菜鸟国岛飞鸟（忽那汐里 饰），看他们如何克服挑战，找到自己的一片天地。
