Black Jack attempts to find out the conspiracy, of why he was involved in the bombfield accident that killed his mother. Together with Pinoko, they circles the globe in search of clues. Along the way, he discovers the deep and dark secrets of the Organization and Project "Noir".

1993年到2000年制作的OVA系列相隔11年的新作，为出崎BJ(Black Jack)的完结编。
本作中的“到来的回忆”是为数众多的BJ章节中最重要的皮诺可出生的章节的首次动画化。
