Waterloo will now have its own semi-pro men's hockey team, thus expelling the amateur women's leagues from the arena. To avenge their lost ice time, an impulsive hockey player and a ruthless octogenarian—a former derby champion—have a plan: recruit the city's disenfranchised and form an underground roller derby team. With the help of the Women's Club, they will prove that women's sports can also inspire crowds and that sisterhood is the ultimate act of resistance.

The film's story takes place in 1969 and the three leading characters - who are all three kids - try to raise hell together. They do this in order to escape from the monotony of life in a village. Each of the character will try, at the same time, to make a transition toward teenage maturity. As for Frisson, a young boy who recently lost his father, his dream is to go to Woodstock in order to attend to a concert. In fact, because he wants to get the autograph of Jimi Hendrix, his idol, Frisson will try to find the money for the trip.

Two childhood best friends are asked to share a kiss for the purposes of a student short film. Soon, a lingering doubt sets in, confronting both men with their preferences, threatening the brotherhood of their social circle, and, eventually, changing their lives.
