Mechanical Gods' War Gigantic Formula, also known as Apo Mekhanes Theos Gigantic Formula, is a Japanese anime series that aired in Japan. The show was first aired April 4, 2007 by TV Tokyo, and ended its run on September 26, 2007. A manga adaptation by Shōhei Oka was serialized concurrently in Dengeki Daioh.

The year is T.C. 4767. Four thousand years have passed since humanity abandoned its birthplace, the planet Earth. Beset by the hostile alien Gnosis, mankind is now scrambling to find ways to defeat this threat to their existence. The development of KOS-MOS (a specialized android with amazing capabilities) by Vector engineer Shion Uzuki was one response to the threat. But when their ship is destroyed by the Gnosis, Shion and her companions find themselves thrust into the middle of a battle with no clear sides...

自西元20XX年，人类从肯亚图尔卡纳湖的湖畔挖出了一个名叫索哈尔(Zohar)的物体之后，便开始对它进行研究，后来有人重建出来所谓的“神之语言”，并建立电脑程式以启动原始索哈尔，进行和上位领域的U-DO(上位领域当中的红色波动存在)连结的连结实验，但很不幸地，从上位领域流入下位领域的能量造成了事象变移，使地球(游戏中所谓的“失落耶路撒冷”)几乎完从从宇宙中“消失”，人类因而被迫逃亡，离开地球。
到了四千年多后，在故事开始前十五的T.C.4753年，米尔奇亚行星(Miltia)爆发了所谓的米尔奇亚冲突事件，在此次事件当中，米尔奇亚行星的人类疑似遭到了格诺西斯(Gnosis)的攻击，并在冲突事件后消失，但事件的真相却因为米尔奇亚的消失而不为人知。在事件后，启动原始索哈尔（后来人类制造出了十二具索哈尔模拟体，因此原有的索哈尔就被称之为原始索哈尔）所需的神之语言、原始索哈尔的研究成果、米尔奇亚的U.M.N.座标等事物，都被封存在Y资料当中，而Y资料又被封存在百式观测用合成人(Relian)M.O.M.O.的意识内，然而这么做却引起了各方势力对M.O.M.O.的争夺，因此星团联邦政府(游戏中统治各行星的政府，英文名Galaxy Federation)雇了一个名叫Ziggurat 8的生化人(Cyborg)，以保护M.O.M.O.的安全。
另一方面，在米尔奇亚冲突事件结束后的十几年，也就是大约在游戏EPI开始的时候，当时最大的企业贝克达公司以对抗格诺西斯侵扰的名义，进行对格诺西斯用战斗兵器KOS-MOS的开发计划，但和当时多使用合成人(Relian)与生化人(Cyborg)的情况所不同的是，KOS-MOS是个纯粹的机械制品。另一方面，在EPI开始时，参与KOS-MOS开发计划的贝克达公司第一开发局研究人员卯月紫苑，正乘着当时载有还没正式启动的KOS-MOS的Woglinde号太空船进行旅途。但没想到其太空船却被冲著索哈尔而来的格诺西斯所攻击，而KOS-MOS也在此时突然启动，卯月紫苑因而被卷入一连串和格诺西斯及索哈尔有关的阴谋，以及会改变人类命运的事件当中……

The Barbaric Machine Clan “Gaiark” was exiled from the Machine World by the Engines, who are huge machines that have their own will. With the exile, the Gaiark switched their target to the world of humans and attacked to pollute the Earth in order to make it more habitable for them. In 1998, it won the 22nd Kodansha Manga Award in the general category.

There are no published English translations of it, but a color art compilation book released in 2007 has the English subtitle Beyond the Heavens on the cover, suggesting that it is the accepted English translation of the title. In addition, the last chapter of the series is also titled in English Beyond the Heavens.

In Japan, Sōten Kōro was advertised by its publisher as "Neo-Sangokushi", which may be translated as "Neo Romance of the Three Kingdoms".

In April 2009, the series was made into an anime series by Madhouse.

"Kamen Rider SD: Strange!? Kumo Otoko" is an animated OVA based on the gag manga Kamen Rider SD: Hurricane Legend. Out of the blue, monsters usually living beneath the Earth’s surface began to attack the terrestrial world. They were called the Underground Hades Empire Infershia. The story focuses on the exploits of rivals Reinhard von Lohengramm and Yang Wen-li, as they rise to power and fame in the Galactic Empire and the Free Planets Alliance, respectively.

Makunouchi Ippo is an ordinary high school student in Japan. 鬼太郎是日本有“妖怪博士”之称的漫画家水木茂所创造的角色，于1965年开始连载。
