Set in the Meiji era, two young women who graduate from the same nursing school forge an unbreakable bond as they navigate the hardships of early modern medicine, working tirelessly alongside doctors while fighting to prove themselves in a changing Japan.

27岁的土田文菜（杉咲花 饰）是一名已出版两本作品、正在创作第三本小说的作家，平时也在古着店打工。她有一位恋人，但由于过去经历过多段分手与未能实现的感情，她逐渐对“认真喜欢一个人”与“认真面对一段关系”感到畏惧，也不记得自己究竟从什么时候起不能坦率地说出“喜欢”。为了能够好好面对现在的恋人，文菜开始回望自己过去的恋爱。
剧情描绘文菜曾经历的各种离别与无法成就的恋情，以及在“是否不与重要的人交往更好”“恋爱究竟是什么”之间的反复思索。尽管怀抱着对爱情的恐惧，她仍一步步向前，透过回顾学生时代到现在的恋情，重新寻找自己面对感情的方式。

今回参加するのは、企画の存在を知ってから自身の監督作を想像していたという高良、ミュージックビデオの監督経験がある玉木、大学で舞踊学を専攻しダンサーの顔も持つ土屋、子役の頃から数々の撮影現場を経験してきた中川、狂言師であり舞台演出も手がける萬斎という面々だ。全員が映画監督の挑戦は初めて。5人が初監督への意気込みを語ったコメントは下記に掲載した。制作プロダクションは第1弾から引き続き「百円の恋」「ビジランテ」「犬猿」などで知られるスタジオブルーが担う。

Takuya and Mamoru are two young men from disadvantaged backgrounds who've been sucked into Japan's criminal underworld. Their job involves posing as women on social media to exploit isolated men and sell their personal identities. When they're not working, they're just ordinary friends who like hanging out together and sometimes letting loose. 本片为电视剧重新剪辑成的电影版，改编自鹤龟真代的同名BL漫画，讲述了从儿时许下将来誓言的两人的再会开始的爱情故事。被职权骚扰的上司施加压力，每天过着睡不着觉的生活的公司职员·渡浩国（金子隼也 饰）的疲惫的心，被家务能力出众的年轻男子·深谷甲斐（野村康太 饰）亲手做的料理治愈的同居生活故事。

In their first year of high school, a girl named Mizumura and a boy named Sakahira fell into a swimming pool and mysteriously switched bodies. They live out each other's lives for 15 years, all through high school, college and beyond, and frequently exchange information about what's going on in their lives. Then, all of a sudden, Mizumura tells Sakahira that she might have found a way for them to switch back. But do they even want to do that at that point?

Realizing that a violent killer could be someone she went to high school with, a gossip reporter reconnects with her past to uncover the truth.

本作では、仕事でパワハラ上司にプレッシャーをかけられ、眠れない毎日を送る渡浩国の疲れた心を、家事能力抜群のクールな歳下男子・深谷甲斐が手料理で癒やす同居生活が描かれる。浩国を金子、甲斐を野村が演じた。
