The Demon Slayer Corps are drawn into the Infinity Castle, where Tanjiro, Nezuko, and the Hashira face terrifying Upper Rank demons in a desperate fight as the final battle against Muzan Kibutsuji begins.

After a series of mighty clashes with Upper Rank Demons, the Ubuyashiki clan prepares for one last battle with the hellish forces of Muzan Kibutsuji. In order to finally defeat the Demon leader once and for all, the clan devises a training camp for the Demon Slayer Corps, one led by the remaining Hashira - the most elite warriors in the organization. Each Hashira forms a specialized exercise that will hone both their own abilities and the skills of the ordinary soldiers.

Tanjiro Kamado, a boy at the heart of the brewing conflict, recovers from wounds received in a recent fight. While his half-Demon sister Nezuko is studied by researchers like Shinobu Kochou, Tanjiro embarks to train with the Hashira, seeking mastery in each of their assigned areas of expertise to be best prepared for the coming war - skills vital to Tanjiro, as he has vowed to be the very warrior who will eliminate Muzan for good.

为庆祝动画《鬼灭之刃》推出两周年，官方将于 2 月 14 日在 ABEMA 频道播出特别节目“鬼灭祭 Online-动画贰周年记念祭-”。 原预定将于 2 月 13、14 日在日本幕张展览馆所举办的实体活动“鬼灭祭-动画贰周年记念祭-”，由于疫情感染扩大的影响，因此改为线上播出的形式举办，节目中将登场的包括饰演主角群的主要声优 花江夏树、鬼头明里、下野纮、松冈祯丞、日野聪等人，也会公布关于作品的最新情报。 此外，由 ufotable 担纲制作的动画特别篇《鬼灭学园 情人节篇（キメツ学园 バレンタイン编）》也将在 14 日当天于 Aniplex 的官方 YouTube 频道公开第 1~3 话，第 4 话则抢先在“鬼灭祭 Online-动画贰周年记念祭-”播出后，连同活动本身的影片也会在 Aniplex 官方 YouTube 频道公开（目前仅限日本地区收看）。

Tanjiro and his sister Nezuko have been apprehended by the Demon Slayer Hashira, a group of extremely skilled swordfighters. Tanjiro undergoes trial for violating the Demon Slayer code, specifically smuggling Nezuko, a Demon, onto Mt. Natagumo.

电视动画《鬼灭之刃》改编自吾峠呼世晴创作的同名漫画，于2018年6月4日在《周刊少年JUMP》2018年6月第27号上发表了动画化的消息。动画由ufotable负责制作。 于2019年4月放送开始。
日本大正时期，那是一个吃人的恶鬼横行的世界，一名家人被鬼杀死，妹妹也变成了鬼的主人公炭治郎，在猎鬼人的指引下，成为了鬼猎人组织“鬼杀队”的一员，为了让妹妹祢豆子变回人类，为了讨伐杀害家人的恶鬼，为了斩断悲伤的连锁而展开了战斗。
