自负能干的“保护要员组”警员李文健（郑伊健 饰）因性格问题与女友Brenda（林嘉欣 饰）的感情亮起红灯。因为一起棘手案件，他与正在监狱服役的原警方心理组的催眠师黎尚正（黎明 饰）打上交道。尽管知晓黎尚正厉害的李文健表现得异常谨慎，却仍被黎尚正神不知鬼不觉的催眠，助其盗 走了要保护的南非宝钻。
