国家人权委员会为了预防侵犯人权企划了关于人权文化的电影，继2003年全州国际电影节开幕电影《6个视线》和2005年全州国际电影节的参展影片《5个视线》后今年又推出了第三个omnibus film (电影集)《人权电影企划3-第三视线》。这部电影集是由7个导演执导的6部短篇电影组成，它们分别是讲述韩国社会上对migrant labour(移居民工)的差别待遇的影片《潜水王穆罕默德》(导演郑润哲)、讲述关于一个少女因为拖欠电费点蜡烛睡觉时不幸火灾身亡的影片《少女消失了》(导演金贤必)、讲述家庭里不平等待遇问题的影片《你和我之间》(导演李美妍)、通过儿童揭露社会上存在的种族歧视问题的影片《艰险的人生》(导演卢东石)、讲述对少数分子带有偏见的影片《Bomb! Bomb! Bomb!》(导演金曲、金善)、把不平等问题用实例深刻描写的影片《我怎么办》(导演洪基善)等。

As a world threatening crisis arrives, a woman trio runs out of the door to save the world. Already combat polices and cops captured the city hall and the ruler, drinking a toast in a bath tub, bombs on them. There are two different speeds, the central axis as the hole made by the crisis: the speed of spinning world and the speed of the trio trying to catch up. All we need for the battle is the politic speed against speeding politics.
During the summer in 2006, there was a large demonstration for those who died during that protest and there were thousands of combat polices. We went there with a camera with 16mm and toy guns. The trio went out of the stage and the world became the stage.
