【故事简介】
故事仍然发生在那个文明停止了发展，正在衰退的遥远的未来。与做警察的父亲二人一起生活的高中生日夜子，正在以美大生为目标而努力着。由于父亲任意地处理了亡母的绘画，日夜子决定离家出走。而没有可去之处的她在迷茫中来到了一个人们都在帐篷中居住的运动场“Asylum”。
日夜子在那里遇到了街道孩子王的头目明。警察为了获得利益和权利，以美化城市的名义决定拆除“Asylum”。而“Asylum”的居民们则发起了名为“Asylum Session”的反对拆除计划的行动。作为主要策划人之一，明决定向日夜子学习绘画技能后，在运动场巨大的场地中绘满图画。
正在“Asylum Session”行动即将进行到最后时，警察开始用强硬的手段对运动场进行拆除了……
