女子高生である哲子は、カメラマンである兄の撮影につき合うためにロケ用のマイクロバスに乗っていた。しかし、兄が車を離れた隙に謎の少年が運転席に駆け込み、持ち込んだ機械をバスに取り付けてスイッチを入れてしまう。偶然その場にい合わせた哲子と、哲子の同級生である真一や信夫、教師の北とその少年とともに、バスは1945年の東京大空襲の現場にタイムトリップしてしまう。
