為了慶祝自己癌症好轉，月兒（哈娜普林蒂娜 飾）邀請妹妹小花（札拉萊奧拉 飾）一同前往深山渡假村散心。當她們搭上直達渡假村的「桑卡拉列車」時，恐怖怪事接踵而至，火車監視器驚見駭人異象。更可怕的是，每次經過隧道，就有一節車廂慘遭血腥浩劫，接著消失不見…. 隧道內藏了什麼？而這台列車的終點站竟是…？
