一場吸金詐騙案件意外改變三個女性的命運。不同性格的她們，會如何在困境中展現自己，追求屬於自己的榮耀。此劇以「花、草、樹」比喻三個不同性格的女性，引領觀眾在不一樣的角色裡探討現今女性的差異。

All the Corners of the World sees the family unit as a disaster waiting to happen. Mr and Mrs Chang live in Taipei's Hsi-Men-Ding (the city's entertainment/red light/nightlife district) with their teenaged kids. The parents work as cleaners in a "love hotel" and send the kids out to work as ticket scalpers, block-buying seats for hit movies like A City of Sadness and reselling them at a profit. Tragedy strikes when the daughter Mei-Hsueh flirts with the idea of prostituting herself and changes her mind at the last moment, leaving her first client with injuries that put him on the critical list. The focus throughout is on the son Ah Tong, who has a latent talent as a writer that is never going to flower.

棒球明星黄海清（黄少祺 饰）因涉嫌自导乌龙被球队开除自谋生计，后在前辈博仔（洪都拉斯 饰）引荐下任台中学校球队教练，校长赵通和（邓安宁 饰）却另有打算。海归球迷Nancy以金钱赞助方式获台中队领队职位，其目的是将黄海清扫地出门。原来Nancy与黄海清早有恩怨情仇，此次专为复仇而来。黄海清早己看出其中端倪，他的教练工作有一搭无一搭，输赢全无所谓，他深知赵校长身后庞大的金援集团Bada在操控每场球的赌局，自己则是别人手中的一枚棋子而己。黄海清的正直最终感动了Nancy，使她忘记了前嫌，而黄海清则悔罪原先对Nancy的失信，决心实现心灵的救赎......
