《熊出没之丛林总动员》继续讲述熊兄弟联手对付伐木工光头强，保护原始森林的故事。光头强变成了猎人伐木工，准备用各种陷阱将熊大、熊二及其他动物卖到马戏团，熊大和熊二他们为了阻止光头强从森林来到了小镇，并因此结识了吉吉、毛毛、涂涂和翠花等朋友。
