拥有多达10部电影的《养鬼吃人 Hellraiser》系列要迎来剧集版了，《小丑回魂 It》制片人Roy Lee及《头号玩家 Ready Player One》制片人Dan Farah宣布计划把《养鬼吃人》搬上小银幕。剧集版改编自电影及原著小说《The Hellbo und Heart》，首部电影讲述的是一个男人在旅行途中买了个奇怪的秘密盒，而当他打开后令到「针头恶魔」Cenobites降临到人间。
