当地时间周六，第70届柏林电影节落下帷幕，最佳影片金熊奖颁给了伊朗导演穆哈默德·拉素罗夫执导的《无邪》。领奖台上，制片人Farzad Pak透露：导演穆罕默德·拉索罗夫被禁止离开伊朗，无法亲自领取金熊奖，“感谢为该片遭受生命威胁的我们的演员和剧组成员们。”导演的女儿、同时也是该片演员的Baran Rasoulof代父亲领奖。
韩国导演洪常秀凭借《逃走的女人》获得最佳导演银熊奖，这是洪常秀首次在欧洲三大电影节主竞赛单元获奖；他此前曾三度入围柏林电影节。《逃走的女人》依旧由洪尚秀的缪斯金敏喜主演。
95年出生的葆拉·贝尔凭《温蒂妮》摘得最佳女演员奖。葆拉·贝尔年纪轻轻但合作过的大导演不少，曾出演奥斯卡最佳外语片提名《无主之作》、欧容执导的《弗兰兹》等片。埃里奥·杰曼诺凭借新作《我想藏起来》斩获最佳男主角。这是继2010年戛纳电影节凭《我们的生活》获最佳男主角后，他拿下的第二座“三大”影帝奖杯。
潘礼德执导的《辐射》获得最佳纪录片奖。潘礼德出生于柬埔寨，后随家人以政治难民身份逃亡欧洲，考取巴黎高等电影学院，成长为享誉世界的纪录片导演。他此前的作品包括《S21－红色高棉杀人机器》《残缺影像》等。
华语电影方面，蔡明亮导演的《日子》获得LGBT泰迪熊奖评审团奖，这也是主演李康生第13次入围欧洲三大电影节，成为入围欧洲三大电影节次数最多的华人演员。
宋方导演的《平静》获论坛单元艺术电影院联盟CICAE奖。贾樟柯的导演处女作《小武》则在本届柏林电影节上举行了4K修复版全球首映。

Fang comes back to her parents’ home in Nanjing, to spend some time with them. During her stay, her elder brother’s family comes for a family reunion, she receives a Yengisar knife as a gift and her sister-in-law tries to set her up on a blind date. Around her, time goes by, memories come back in the conversations, some she knows, some not. The present is mixed up with the past, and the steps towards the future may walk along the path of eternal loss.

The first part in a new series of films produced by Musée d'Orsay, 'Flight of the Red Balloon' tells the story of a French family as seen through the eyes of a Chinese student. The film was shot in August and September 2006 on location in Paris. This is Hou Hsiao-Hsien's first Western film. It is based on the classic French short The Red Balloon directed by Albert Lamorisse.
