朱铁和，1949年出生于香港，香港男演员。
1970年代后期活跃至1990年代中期，外形粗犷，擅长演出武侠剧，忠肝义胆的侠士、以及阴险狡诈和愣头愣脑的角色都能出色演绎。内地观众较为熟悉的是港剧《94射雕英雄传》中的欧阳锋和《十三妹》中的纪献唐。他还出演了几部电影，其中最为出名的要数《唐伯虎点秋香》中的宁王使者了，特别是他的“红烧鸡翅膀”之歌给人留下了深刻的印象。
