戴志伟 ，（英语：Tai Chi Wai,1960年8月—），原名戴志卫；香港人，香港无线电视艺员，在1981年无线电视艺员训练班毕业后加入无线电视（同期的还有刘德华、梁家辉等如今已贵为影帝的学员）,在83版《射雕英雄传》中戴志伟饰演蒙古四王子拖雷。当时年纪尚轻，非常英气勃发。在TVB大制作剧《创世纪》和《天地豪情》里饰演过重要角色。
