李龙基（英语：Li Lung Kay，1951年11月1日－），本名李洪基，香港男歌手兼演员 ，曾是亚洲电视和无线电视合约艺人，现以自由身演出无线剧集。他于酒廊歌手出身，在1970年代因演出无线电视歌唱选秀节目《声宝之夜》而获经理人发掘，然后全职担任歌手。其艺名“李龙基”由前经理人梁柏涛所改。
