<p>Poursuivre les États complices</p><p>Le Monde Diplomatique de mai 2026 a publié cet article dont l’auteur est le Secrétaire Général de JURDI et maître de conférence Benjamin Fiorini.</p><p>Sont rappelées les obligations internationales les plus impératives des Etats, en particulier de la France, de prévenir le crime de génocide quand ils ont « connaissance » de « risque sérieux » de l’existence d’actes génocidaires parfaitement documentés dans le TPO de Gaza.
