吴彦祖、连凯、尹子维、陈子聪成立了一个名叫Alive的乐团，准备在乐坛创出自己的一片天地。然而，他们在访谈中收获了前辈极为尖锐的真知灼见：张学友坦言，技术包装害了唱片业，很多资质差的歌手也在浑水摸鱼；黄贯中表示，踏实创作的人越来越少；谢霆锋直言，唱片公司并不尊重歌手的意见；卢巧音暗讽狗仔队总是无理取闹……总之，很多人都一针见血地指出了乐坛的症结所在。事实也证明alive乐队的成长之路荆棘密布，先是主打歌曲被盗，在网上免费下载，其次是媒体总是挖空心思找他们的绯闻炒作，第三是公司对他们的包装越来越一厢情愿，第四是学舞不精，彩排偷懒，演唱会忘词等糗事，显然这支乐队距离他们的梦想越来越远……
