《中国好声音》是国内首档大型励志专业音乐评论节目，也是风靡欧美的《The Voice》系列节目在中国唯一正版授权的节目，7月13日登陆浙江卫视，每周五晚21点播出。节目以“真声音、真音乐”为口号，集结了刘欢、那英、庾澄庆和杨坤担任音乐导师，致力于为中国音乐的发展正本清源，打造中国乐坛的未来之星。首季《中国好声音》的制作及播出将历时三个半月，包含“导师盲选”、“导师抉择”、“导师对战”、 “年度盛典”四大阶段。
第一阶段“导师盲选”的新意在于：在最初的学员选拔阶段，明星导师背对学员，仅选择声音，不受其他任何因素的干扰。如有导师在学员演唱时按下选择按钮，则标志着学员被该位导师纳入旗下。这一环节在考验学员唱功的同时，更是多位明星导师决判力的大比拼，当有多位导师同时选择同一学员时，选择权便握在了学员自己手中，此时导师间的“你争我夺”将是非常有趣的看点。当然，即便在这一阶段没有被导师选中也完全不用着急，学员可以继续在训练营继续接受培训，等待下一次机遇。
第二阶段则是“导师抉择”，在四位明星导师选出自己的门下弟子后，将会专门培训所有学员的音乐才艺，最终，四位明星导师旗下的弟子将会同台演出，谁能成为优秀学员，就得看在导师门下学习的时间里，谁的潜力能够得到充分的挖掘。有趣的是，节目第三阶段的“导师对战”，就是对四位明星导师“教学能力”的一次考验，经过相同时间的培训，谁的学生发挥得更好，也得在舞台上见分晓。
至于第四阶段的年度盛典，则会成为《中国好声音》节目所有导师和学员的一次大型演唱会，在这场盛典中，这一季明星导师培养出来的学生，将会首次面对大舞台演出的考验，他们的音乐才华，也将接受所有观众的共同检验。
