玩Twitter的朋友都应该听说过著名的「Shit My Dad Says」：去年8月3日，29岁的年轻人Justin Halpern在Twitter上开设账号「Shit My Dad Says」，摘录其73岁老父亲的「经典语录」。这位老先生虽然年纪很大，但总是语出惊人。就像「贾君鹏，你妈妈喊你回家吃饭」成为中国互联网的一个神话一样，「Shit My Dad Says」也成为美国互联网的一个神话，看似平淡无奇的内容竟吸引来116万跟随者。
CBS新剧《俺老爸说了……》根据热门Twitter「Shit My Dad Says」的真人真事改编，获得艾美奖的著名演员William Shatner在剧中扮演Ed Goodson，一个性格直率、固执己见的老人。只要身边有人，他就会不由自主地发表自己对时事的看法。他的话题非常广泛。在一段时间里，他几乎成了「针砭时弊」的代名词。
没有人能「逃脱」Ed的「折磨」－－包括他的儿子Henry（Ryan Delvin扮演）和Vince（Will Sasso扮演）。Henry是一个不太成功的作家，现在是自由博客撰写人。Vince比他的兄弟要谦和得多，和妻子Kathleen（Nicole Sullivan扮演）一起开了一家夫妻房地产公司。Kathleen是个很厉害的女人，Vince只有当「妻管严」的份。
Henry频临破产，已经没法向漂亮的室友Sam（Stephanie Lemelin扮演）付房租了。当然，不用说你也知道，Henry一直暗恋着Sam。看到儿子惨兮兮的样子，Ed放下架子，邀请他搬回家中居住。尽管Henry知道自己耳根子再也无法清净，但还是同意了。
这对父子的关系很难用言语来描述。不过，Ed总是能说上两句让人很受用的话，这对Henry来说已经足够了。

When Peep Show arrived on our screens back in 2003, we were treated to a unique and original comedy by its partakers David Mitchell and Robert Webb. Now, two series later, Peep Show has become somewhat of a cult hit. Well, here’s an opportunity to see where it all began back with series one--possibly the best of the lot.
Mitchell and Webb have been performing together for some time and it really shows; their comedic timing and on-screen relationship allowing you to feel for Mark (Mitchell) and Jeremy (Webb) as they plunders through their lives, trying to find love, and sex.
But the real joy of the first series is in watching how their idea--to follow the story through the eyes of the two main protagonists, Mark and Jeremy--comes to fruition on screen. It’s a marvellous concept that works so well, being both unique and riotously funny at the same time.
It’s helped by a strong supporting cast--notably Olivia Colman (starring as Mark’s lusted after colleague Sophie) who has since gone on to star in series such as the equally successful Green Wing.
Peep Show is unique, different and, most importantly of all, a hoot. And with a bunch of decent extras on the disc, this is well worth picking up.--Mark Oakley

Jen和IT怪人二人组意外的很合拍，总会把一些本来很平常的事情，弄得一发不可收拾，让人哭笑不得。而公司的老板（克里斯多夫·莫利斯 Christopher Morris 饰）也会时不时的出现，和他们一起上演让人捧腹大笑的故事。别具一番风味的英式幽默故事在IT部门上演。

University physicists Leonard and Sheldon know whether to use an integral or a differential to solve the area under a curve. But they don't have a clue about girls. Or dating. Or clothes. Or parties. Or having fun. Or, basically, life. So when a pretty blonde named Penny moves in the apartment across the hall, the guys decide to get an education outside of the classroom. Boys, you have a lot to learn.

King Arthur, accompanied by his squire, recruits his Knights of the Round Table, including Sir Bedevere the Wise, Sir Lancelot the Brave, Sir Robin the Not-Quite-So-Brave-As-Sir-Lancelot and Sir Galahad the Pure. On the way, Arthur battles the Black Knight who, despite having had all his limbs chopped off, insists he can still fight. They reach Camelot, but Arthur decides not to enter, as "it is a silly place".
