The Damned Don't Cry is a 2001 compilation album by the British synthpop group Visage. The album is the only Visage compilation to date that includes all nine of the band's UK singles (either in their 7", 12", or album version formats). It also includes various album tracks and B-sides from the band's history.

Visage is the eponymous debut studio album by English New Wave band Visage. It was recorded at Genetic Sound Studios in Reading, Berkshire and released by Polydor Records on 10 November 1980. The album reached No. 13 in the UK and was certified Silver by the British Phonographic Industry in March 1981. It features the hit single "Fade to Grey", which reached No. 8 on the UK Singles Chart.
