老头儿大概因年纪太大，没有自己演这部片子，但男主角明显是他的alter ego。过瘾且充满幽默感的讽刺，毫不留情地砸向这个纽约犹太老男知识分子。每一段梦境或白日梦都是戏仿一位欧洲电影大师，仿得很到位，叫人看得也很过瘾。戏和梦，再加上心理治疗场景，构成了层层叠叠的叙事，是为电影，是为伍迪艾伦眼中的人生。

作为一个脑残粉，伍迪艾伦不管拍什么我都会捧场。此片仍然戏谑幽默，四条线里每个故事都涉及名人/娱乐圈，嘲讽之余令人意识到名声的空洞以及职业名人的可笑。不知他是否有团队在贡献点子，但片中一定有这位年逾古稀的老人的人生智慧。看到自己去过的景点在镜头里那么美，又有熟悉亲切之感。
