@prometheanbound I agree very much that China and Russia are quite similar, perhaps so since the 1980s. Both are very rightist. China is just more smart in that it keeps being nominally "socialist" so that it can cheat socialists inside and outside China. China too sucks resources from stolen lands ---- for example oil and gas from Xinjiang which belonged to Turkic muslims.
