Overview
Filmmaker Bill Morrison has forged an unmistakable style working with found celluloid to emphasize the effects of time and neglect on its delicate layers. Linking the physical materiality of film to its affective capacity for visceral, emotional command, his prolific body of work is manna for those who dream of nitrate sheep.
Part of Prismaticground festival.
