《黑色党徒》根据2014年罗恩·斯塔尔沃斯所著的自传改编，讲述了一名科罗拉多州的黑人警察，成功潜入当地的3K党组织做卧底的故事。

影片的故事讲述在芝加哥一个黑人聚集的社区中，男人们整天迷恋枪支和暴力行为，这引来了他们妻子的不满，于是妻子们团结起来，打扮得艳丽性感，撩拨丈夫们的欲望却不满足他们，以此作为对抗丈夫的手段，她们的影响力日益巨大，最终换来了街区的和平。
