2008 film directed by Gustave Kervern and Benoît Delépine

based on an original idea by Pauline Guéna taken from her novel 18.3. Une année à la PJ, the script begin in the corridors of the criminal police, where it is said that every investigator has a crime that haunts them. There comes a day when he is assigned a case that hurts him more than the others, without him necessarily knowing why. It begins to spin in his head to the point of obsession. For Yohan, who has just been named squad leader in the Criminal Brigade in Grenoble, that case is the murder of Clara. For his investigation, Yohan teams up with a certain Marceau…

Patrick lives at a naturist campsite owned by his father. Until the moment he loses his favourite hammer, his life is as well-ordered as his meticulously tidy workshop. The missing tool, however, sets off a chain of events that not only affects Patrick, but also reveals the true nature of the camp residents: Their appearance may not leave much to the imagination, but they’re undeniably keeping a lot of stuff under wraps. He discovers that the certainties he had banked on are no longer guaranteed, and the young man is forced to find a dose of self-confidence that he never needed before. Mielants’ breezy tragicomedy conveys us to a world where homemade jams and camper vans provide the props for an existential quest for dignity – within reach even if the option of wearing trousers is entirely alien to you.

Fun was an alien concept until these space travellers landed in a theme park Crash landing at this giant screen theater (Information from imdb.com)

忘不了影片的开场，小女孩背着诺大的油画走在比利时的乡间田野中。。。迷人的黑白影像。

We rely on our memories to tell us the story of who we are. If those memories vanish, whose stories will take their place? This is the quandary faced by Phil (writer-director Bouli Lanners), a middle-aged Belgian farmhand working on a remote Scottish island who, following a stroke, suffers amnesia. Phil’s journey to recovering his memory — and the love story he’s told along the way — lies at the heart of this tender, gorgeous film. Phil’s boss’s daughter, Millie (_Game of Thrones_’ Michelle Fairley), helps him acclimate back to his life, reminding him of his origins, his likes and dislikes… and the fact that he and Millie were secret lovers. Though the pair are reluctant to continue their relationship while Phil remains ill, they cannot deny their chemistry. With the gradual return of Phil’s memories, the stage is set for reignited romance. There’s just one hitch: did that romance ever exist in the first place? Phil and Millie’s encounters play out as a dialogue about identity, desire, and projection. In addition to his cognitive impairment, Phil’s role in the community as a foreigner heightens his vulnerability while also endowing him with a directness that tends to catch locals off guard. Millie, by contrast, is bashful, and the two complement each other as they negotiate their shared past and uncertain present. Nobody Has to Know is a deeply endearing film that asks us to consider who we are and what we want regardless of the stories we tell — or are told.

With gun-toting rivals on his tail, a daring bank robber takes refuge in the quiet residential street here he grew up and where his mother, Maniette, still lives. An unscrupulous property developer, Korazy, is buying up the neighborhood to turn it into a gleaming new banking district, but to her son's disgust Maniette leads the inhabitants resistance. Her ingenious methods provoke her boy's admiration, but he fights back with sneaky traps and underhand tricks when Maniette tries to force him to do the right thing just once in his life.
