A policeman on the skids faces another tragedy when his daughter dies. When other police in his unit are being murdered, the viewer must decide which one of the suspects is responsible.

Six veteran police officers all have a blemished record, but one of them tries to be judge, jury and executioner. Their superior has a plan to flush-out the vigilante. Tony Castagne and Jimmy Davane are the two most likely suspects, but any of the six could have a suspicious agenda.
