In the year 2729, a time capsule is opened containing some stag films which become very influential on the celibate humanoid society.

Somewhere deep below our nation’s capital lies a secret bomb shelter designed to protect the president in the event of a Russian attack. All of the president’s needs have been anticipated and provided for – from his favorite breakfast cereal to the “syntherotisizer,” a high-tech computer which can be programmed to produce android sex partners of any description. When investigative reporter Barbara Whoozie (Danielle) discovers the secret bunker she inadvertently trips its time lock sealing both her and Major Prod (J. Brooks), the shelter’s guard, for one full year.

A silly plot with a sex detective (Traci Lords) is called upon to get the rich guy to reveal the heirs to his fortune. Early sex scene with a nebbish like assistant Tom Byron gets the movie off to a good start. Eventually Traci gets to the house of the rich dude but never has to have sex with the guy to solve the case. Instead Traci has her usual encounters with a guy (Peter North) and a lesbian scene.

Georgio, an American music conductor invites an Italian painter, Mateo to paint a fresco in their bedroom and begs his wife, Aleen to have sex with him.

Helen (Carole Nash) and Camilo (Jesse Eastern) like to play in the bedroom. However, he seems to be getting more tired of her when it comes to sex. When she discovers that he tricks her with her friend Viola (Andrea Molnar) Helen responds to the advances of Massimo Bini (Rocco Siffredi). Viola is also persected by a third party who eventually blackmailed her.

Fashion designer Gene's secretary Elley gets him to betray his loving buxom wife Debbie, who finds comfort in old acquaintance Tony. Chaos prevails as Debbie's sister drugs everybody's food and date rapes Gene's important client.

Two sleazy psychiatrists, one young and one old, hypnotize their innocent female patients into becoming insatiable harlots and have their sleazy way with them. With some patients needing no coaxing at all we learn what it takes to cure sexual problems.
