Nina is pregnant with Jakub. Today, he introduces her to his family. They’re all gathered in the hospital at the bedside of his grandfather. Just as the young lady tries to put on a brave face, she is faced with the surprising reaction of the dying relative: he wants to see her breasts. This sparks a debate to which she is not invited – should the patriarch’s last vow be satisfied?

Hoping to keep his recently fractured family together, David takes his children, Klára and Teo, on holiday to the Adriatic. There, teenage Klára, who struggles with an eating disorder, falls in love with a local boy, Denis. When Denis is accused of murder, Klára's condition worsens, and she ends up in hospital. The desire to save her is the only thing that unites her parents, and crisis situations call for drastic measures.

They are invited to the house. Here they experience their first encounter with sexuality. The children lose track of time. They were expected home long ago. They drink, throw up and are intoxicated by love and "the shameless, unbridled and licentious" world in which David, Katerina and Stepán live.
