En la cárcel de la ciudad lleva a cabo la boda de dos personajes: Don Abel y Dona Lancha, y "El Tirantes" con Rita, pues aún no termina de cumplir su condena. La ceremonia se interrumpe porque en ese momento, Rita que estaba embarazada, da a luz. Un habitante de "La Lagunilla" nace en un atestado crucero de la ciudad, durante el trayecto del penal al sanatorio, entre gritos, tensión y lágrimas de felicidad.

An outlaw and a scorned husband both team up to track down and kill the man that wronged them.
