第37届台湾电影金马奖是中国台湾电影事业发展基金会的台北金马影展执行委员会主办的电影奖项。
第37届金马奖共有63部影片报名，10部影片获奖。《卧虎藏龙》获得最佳影片奖，杜琪峰凭借《枪火》获得最佳导演奖，吴镇宇凭借《枪火》获得影帝，张曼玉凭借《花样年华》获得影后。
2000年12月2日，该届金马奖在台北孙中山纪念馆举行颁奖典礼，颁奖典礼主持人是陶晶莹、冯德伦、吴奇隆。

章子怡将与环球合作一部喜剧《East/West》，从片名也可以预知这是一部关于东西方文化的喜剧。章子怡将主演并担任制片人之一。美剧《摩登家庭》导演Jason Winer执导。Ethan Sandler与Adrian Wenner 负责剧本。
