柏木空（田村睦心 配音）是一名平凡的男子高中生，因为父亲是一位冒险家，常常不在家，因此，从很小的时候起柏木空就开始独立生活，变得非常擅长料理家事。这一天，柏木空收到了父亲从埃及寄来的包裹，打开包裹后，一个小小的木乃伊出现在了柏木空的面前，看着这个瑟瑟发抖的迷之生物，柏木空哭笑不得。
就这样，柏木空开始了和木乃伊一起的生活，肩负起了照顾小木乃伊的职责。之后，更多奇形怪状的生物出现在柏木空的身边——个性暴躁贪吃又懒惰的可尼、成熟稳重智商超群的阿勇。

高中女生朝雾彩，在学校中朝雾彩每天被同学欺凌在家中被哥哥虐待，在精神几乎崩溃之时，朝雾彩误打误撞的进入了一个「魔法少女网站」获得了魔法少女的手杖拥有了魔法力量，而在某天彩又被同学欺凌时使出了手杖的力量，同学突然从自己的眼前消失之后，同学出现在了一个远离自己的地方最后凄惨的死去。
而这个魔法少女手杖的能力并非能够无限使用，使用一次使用者的寿命就会减少，当魔法少女手上的纹章完全消失时魔法少女就会死去。
而在故事的设定中一共有 18 个魔法少女网站，有 18 个网站管理人也就是至少存在 18 位魔法少女，尽管女主角圣母属性爆棚因为意外的杀死了同学而负有罪恶感，但有其他魔法少女在抢夺手杖从而引发了魔法少女之间的争斗。
