Smosh Hospital is a live streamed parody of a classic hospital drama, where the cast is continually surprised by last minute line changes, prop mishaps and improvised bits designed to make everyone break character. If they break or make a mistake, they get replaced by their double - creating a rotating cast of characters and annihilating the show!

Join the Smosh family as we discuss current events, YouTube drama, give our unqualified and unsolicited advice, and whatever else is on our minds with Ian Hecox and a rotating panel of Smosh cast members, coworkers, and YouTuber guests.

New Dread Campaign
