A paraplegic veteran returns home from the war. When old, eccentric, and rich, he decides to play a bizarre game with his wife, daughter and adopted son. He hires a mysterious woman and her stud to help.

Buzz shows his artwork to Norman at the employment agency. Norman laughs in his face. Buzz takes this personally and later returns to the office building with his friends Goose and Jo Jo. They systematically terrorize the people in different offices on the 13th floor, with only a few grizzled Vietnam veterans and a suicidal lawyer to try and stop them.

After her mother's lecherous boyfriend tries to molest her, Sandy decides to run away to the city, hoping to move in with her twin sister. Hitting the road, she is quickly picked up by a strange magician couple whose mastery of spells makes for an otherworldly experience.
