"Clean Eating"是欧美正在流行的趋势，新鲜、自然的食材能"清洁"身体，但事实果真如此吗，新陈代谢专家Giles Yeo博士深入调查。 Dr Giles Yeo investigates the latest diet craze and social media sensation - clean eating. Giles cooks with Ella Mills and sifts through the claims of the Hemsley sisters.

The vitamin industry is worth more than £400million a year in the UK alone, but what are these pills actually doing for people's health? Dr Giles Yeo aims to find out, exploring if vitamin and mineral supplements are what they appear to be and putting people's diets to the test to find out if they really need these supplements. Those he meets include a scientist in Copenhagen, whose groundbreaking research into antioxidants indicates they may not have the extraordinary health-enhancing properties that people believe, and a nutrition scientist from the University of Greenwich, who tells Giles that on average most people in the UK are meeting their vitamin requirements thorough their diet.
