After an elder man gets hit by a stolen car, the police decides to investigate it. The stolen car is later found next to a murdered young girl, prompting Inspector Irene Huss and her co-workers to investigate and slowly get pulled into a world of evil.

When Tsatsiki's girlfriend breaks up with him, his world falls apart in a few weeks. His best friend abandons him, and the trip to Greece may be cancelled. Luckily, Tsatsiki has his grandfather and together they go on a trip to Greece, where Tsatsiki will learn what's most important in life.

On a beach in Gothenburg found parts of a dismembered man's body. The only thing that is going on, a tattoo on the torso. Irene Huss finds similar previous cases that will take her to Copenhagen, where she is forced to look for a friend's daughter who disappeared. Likfyndet will be the prelude to more nasty murders that lead Irene to Copenhagen's underworld.

The Beck group, with Alex Beijer as new group manager, is given a case where a 12-year-old girl found her mother dead below the stairs at home. Is it an accident or would someone have the single mother something bad? It turns out that the family lives with a protected identity and during the investigation, the case takes several surprising twists.
