Magician Jørgen Thomsen - better known as Mr. Poxycat - is trying to make a career as an entertainer and magician. He lives with his wife Gitte and sons Mick and Morten in Horsens, and his great role model is Thomas Eje. Mr. Poxycat & Co is a Danish sitcom and Nikolaj Lie Kaas' instructor and screenwriter debut from 2007. The series was shown on TV 2 Zulu, and although it was a relatively big success, TV 2 chose not to show it because it was "too strange". The series was filmed in Horsens and the surrounding area and was also made with support from Horsens municipality and theater.

Four-year-old Lotte moves to the country with her parents. She misses her friends and the apartment building that used to be her home. Her baby brother screams and cries and is allowed to do all sorts of things that she’s not. If only she could just give him away and move back to the city! But then Lotte meets Totte, who lives next door with his delightful Grandma. Together they bake cakes and go on adventures with Totte’s cat – in the backyard and at the beach. Until one day, a game ends in a fight.
