　　故事以一个游乐场的云宵飞车接二连三发生意外爆炸事件为起由，公司检查员与联邦调查局探员展开联手侦探，最后发现事件跟一名行踪颇为诡秘的青年人有关；于是警方藉一家游乐场新开业的机会布下天罗地网捉拿嫌疑犯，双方展开了激烈的搏斗，最后将案犯绳之以法。
