The story of WILD transports viewers to a world where myth intertwines with history – the mysterious, majestic 17th-century Carpathians. At the center of the story is a half-wild, mute warrior – raised by both animals and mountain people. His fate intertwines with the brutal mission of an imperial inquisitor who, under the pretext of recovering stolen papal insignia, unleashes a bloody revenge. Against the backdrop of monumental mountains, a duel between two worlds unfolds – nature and civilization, freedom and fanaticism, instinct and power.

1914-1939. On the eve of World War I, twins are born to the Winny family: Ania and Mania, Stanisław's daughters. Their mother dies in childbirth. In the difficult times of the war and the interwar period, Stanisław raises them with the help of his mother Bronisława. Both sisters fall in love with the same boy, Paweł.

The action of the film begins in the 1970s – even then, the young protagonist knows that adrenaline tastes better than powdered milk. Over time, he also discovers a desire for money, power, and being above the law. A transformation begins, and his gangster talent blossoms. Together with a friend, they build their own army.
