Compilation film of the second half of the series Heidi: Girl of the Alps.

Cheerful Mimiko has a wonderfully strange family—a Panda for her Papa; and his son Panny, calls her Mom! When Panny follows Mimiko to school, he must pretend to be a teddy bear so Mimiko won't get into trouble. Despite his efforts to behave, Panny causes trouble in school and now the school is after Panny! Then, Panny makes a new friend, Tiny, a baby tiger who's wandered off from the circus.

Heidi leaves her beloved Alm and moves to Frankfurt, where she finds a new good friend in Clara. Aunt Dete wants Heidi to leave her grandfather on the mountain pasture and go with her to Frankfurt, where she is supposed to live with the Sesemann family and keep their paralyzed daughter Clara company. In this way, Heidi would enjoy an excellent upbringing and grow up with one of the richest families in Frankfurt. Aunt Dete sees a bright future for Heidi in the city. However, this idea is not met with enthusiasm by Heidi and her grandfather, Peter and his grandmother are also very reluctant to let Heidi go. After much persuasion and many promises from Aunt Dete, Heidi finally leaves her beloved mountain world with a heavy heart and travels to Frankfurt.

住在“绿山墙农庄”的一对单身兄妹，马修和玛丽拉，因为年事渐高，想收养一个男孩帮忙农作。但是阴错阳差，孤儿院方面送来的竟是一个瘦小的红头发小孤女——安妮。这个脸上长满雀斑、有一头火红头发、活泼好动、爱说爱笑、爱幻想的少女，同马修兄妹那种沉稳拘谨的性格本来是格格不入的，但是安妮以她的天真和热情，最终征服了众人的心，不仅在绿山墙留了下来，还倍受大家的疼爱。马修兄妹的生活也渐渐变得充满活力与生机。

The plot follows Mimiko, a bright little girl left alone when her grandmother leaves on a trip. Making a few stops at some local stores, Mimiko comes home to her house in a bamboo grove and finds a baby panda named Panny sleeping on the back doorstep. She quickly makes friends with the little panda, and invites him in for a drink. His father, PapaPanda, soon comes to visit, and they decide to become a family after PapaPanda offers to.

占いを道楽にしてるグータラ親父、×五郎に代わって、八百屋の八百×を切り盛りしているのは息子のア太郎だった。その×五郎が死んで天国に行ってしまい、ア太郎は一人で八百屋を続ける決意をする。
ひょんなことから自分を慕うようになった弟分のデコッ八を店員に、今日も忙しく働いている。
天国に行きそびれて居座りつづける幽霊の×（バツ）五郎や、ア太郎の弟分となったブタ松一家、タヌキの尻尾を持つココロのボス、ベランメエの言葉をしゃべるおかしなネコ・ニャロメといった連中がからんできて、町内では今日も騒ぎのタネは尽きない。

『赤毛のアン グリーンゲーブルズへの道』
2010年7月17日より公開の第1話から6話までを再編集版した劇場作品。1989年に再編集版映画の第1部として編集されたものの当時は劇場では公開できず[4]、20年を経て公開に至った。TVシーンでカットしている箇所は少ないが1本としてまとまりのある作品となっている。
キャッチコピーは「楽しもうと決心すれば、たいてい いつでも楽しくできるものよ。」
『借りぐらしのアリエッティ』と同日公開で、シネマアンジェリカで初日単館公開（以降全国5館で順次ロードショー）。ぴあ初日満足度ランキング（ぴあ映画生活調べ）では第2位となっている。
