Shin is a Japanese university student living a boring and meaningless life. One day, he spots a book titled Dangerous Ways to Walk the World, in which he finds a page written about hazards in New-York. Eager to get out, he jets off to New-York to find this inspiration.

Kida and Makoto grew up together because they have it in common that they don't have parents. And a transfer student, Yotchi, also gets along with them because she has a similar background, which is that they come from not such a good home environment. They spent their school life supporting each other. But, at the age of 20, Yotchi disappeared. Then Lisa, the daughter of a politician and a top model, appears in front of the two men. Makoto takes an unusual romantic interest in Lisa, who lives in a different world from them, and asked her out to dinner, but she does not take him up on it at all. Kida warns Makoto to give up on her because they live in different worlds, but Makoto quits his job and vanishes without a trace.

画巨匠阿岛文哉去世一周年之际，相关单位筹划出版阿岛的作品全集，结果意外发现了一份从未发表过的手稿。该手稿讲述了一位漫画家为了寻找创作灵感，不惜杀害年轻女性的可怕故事。令相关人士担忧的是，该故事竟与35年前悬而未决的连环杀人案手法极其相像。为了调查手稿背后的真相，版权调查员水野优希（松下奈绪 饰）接受委托展开行动，并且辗转找到了不得意的天才漫画编剧醍醐真司（古田新太 饰）帮忙鉴定原稿。业内知识极其丰富的醍醐当下断言该手稿绝非阿岛所作，同时他无法原谅有人盗用阿岛的画风做下伤天害理的事情，于是积极与水野奔走，搜寻那个也许还逍遥法外的真凶……
本片根据长崎尚志的小说《醍醐真司的猎奇事件File》改编。

良太郎（溝口琢矢）とモモタロスたちが協力して謎のイマジンの探索をしていると、そこにイマジンに憑依（ひょうい）された海東大樹（戸谷公人）が現れる。彼はまんまと電王のパスとデンライナーを盗むことに成功し、悠々と去って行く。良太郎たちがショックでぼうぜんとしていると、そこに時間警察の黒崎レイジが（古川雄大）が姿を現す。

一日，一具尸体更在知夏（麻生久美子 饰）和安永（丰川悦司 饰）的面前出现，死者喉咙上插有一把剪刀，而无其他表面伤痕。这与半年内被媒体大肆报道的“剪刀男”杀手的杀人行为十分相似，而之前已经有过两个受害者。在多番调查之後，警方始终未能成功破案。为了找出凶手和真相，有自杀癖的 知夏和安 永也加入调查的行列，知夏与安永始终在低低耳语。最后人们才发现有关知夏的惊人秘密。

本剧场版紧接TV版第27话。在27话良太郎一行人为了追踪异魔神而回到过去，但他们却不知道自己已经落入了牙王的圈套。当良太郎等人消灭完异魔神并想回到Den-Liner的时侯，却发现Den-Liner已经被牙王劫持……
众人被逼留在过去，最坏的情况是良太郎失去了成为电王的所有记忆，桃泰诺斯也因此不能附上良太郎的身体。在机缘巧合下，良太郎遇到10岁时的良太郎（剧中用“小太郎”代替）和异魔神齐格，并且在樱井的帮助下，开始了追踪Den-Liner之旅。
另一方面，回到江户时代的牙王成功夺得神之列车Gao-Liner，且抓住了追踪到来的良太郎，并坐着Gao-Liner回到1988年12月26日。
在1988年，良太郎恢复了记忆，但被牙王阻挠而不能变身。正当此时，樱井带同救兵出现，救兵则是三个不同时间的良太郎。于是，四个不同形态的电王同时出现，最Climax的战斗即将展开……

平成骑士十周年纪念作，初期穿越于九个平成骑士的世界，而到了后期更加穿越到侍战队真剑者，平成骑士RX、BLACK、亚马逊等的世界。
