Here is the transcript:

Many people in Russia consider November the grayest month of the year. Autumn is almost over, but real winter has not begun yet. The leaves have usually already fallen from the trees, there is little sun, and outside it is often cold, wet, and dark. At this time, people often say that they do not have enough light.

But November has its own atmosphere. It is a month when it feels especially nice to be at home. You can light candles, make hot tea, read books, or watch old movies. Many people start sleeping more and walking less, because the body feels that winter is approaching.

In November, Russia has a national holiday — Unity Day. It is celebrated on November fourth. But for many people, this holiday mainly means an extra day off. They use it to rest, meet with family, or simply do nothing.
