Very ambitious idea, very poor execution

I like that you're given a big city to run around in and use its level geometry any way you want. But in practice it almost feels like a complete abandonment of level design. You're just thrown into this arena and have a horde of the same enemies coming at you from random directions. The AI is bad, there's no nuance to any of your weapons, almost no physics, just point your gun and shoot. You can't even reload or crouch.

And then the levels aren't even fully traversable. There are invisible walls that you can't go through, but the enemies can.

It feels like very little effort went into designing this. This reminds me of modern asset swaps.
