a review of 夜未眠生死恋

I'm glad this was an extremely dopey movie about a dad grieving his wife two years later because if it hadn't been quite that dumb, it would have been hard to take. personal reasons. Anyway. This is a terribly (and kinda terrible) 90s movie about a bunch of people in a beach house arguing with each other, grown men making hilarious lecherous comments about teenage girls and then Freddie Prinze shows up with the worst haircut you've ever seen in your life just to distract you from the surrounding mess. One of the two stars is for not just having the dad be all better by the time the credits roll, he's still got stuff to work out, but at least it ends on a hopeful note
