January #running recap: vs December, mileage rose from 139.2 → 159.5 mi (176.6 incl walking). EG dropped from 9,977 → 5,206 ft, while run time increased from 23 → 30.5 hrs.
I missed my 208mi monthly target due to tapering and recovery around a rough #50K race at Bridle Trails. A lingering cough hurt sleep and breathing too.
I’m 52.7 mi *behind* my 2,500mi yearly goal, but I’m bouncing back! Come in March I have half and full #marathon races ahead. Onward!
